Growth & Glow Group Sessions (4 weeks) Cohort 1 – Feb. 22nd – March 14th

Join Shanaé, mental health advocate and coach in an interactive 4 week live group session. This program will meet once a week (virtually) for 60 minutes. The sessions will run concurrently.
Expect:
-Relevant actionable steps for success
– Engaging conversations centering on current event case studies
-Collaboration with breakout chats
-Tools to build a GROWTH Mindset
-Digital resources for success

Session Topics will include:

– Communication, Connections and Coins.
– Is Your Character Blocking your Currency?
– Mental Health is WEALTH
– Class Opens Doors
– DEATH to Boring Resumes and Cover Letters

All participants will receive a copy of the “60 Days To A New Mindset,” journal after successful completion of at minimum 2 sessions.

Once a group session has reached capacity interested participants will have to register for the next open cohort.

After registration payment has been accepted participants cannot change their date expect in the case of an emergency, illness or death in their immediate family.

Registration is closed 24 hours prior to the start of each session.
In the event of an emergency participants who have already paid may request to change their cohort date to another future open cohort by sending and email to ( shanaecartwright@gmail.com) the email must be received no later than 72 hours prior to the start of their existing cohort schedule.

Cohort 1 – February 22nd – March 14 2024 ( Thursdays from 8PM -9PM)

Cohort 2 – March 25th – April 15th 2024 (Mondays from 8PM-9PM)

Cohort 3 – April 22nd – May 13th 2024 (Mondays from 8PM – 9PM)
